14-week-old waking again at night after jabs or sleep regression?

My baby is currently 14 weeks (3.5months).
usually sleeps 7pm-6am ish has done since 6 weeks old. Recently had his 12 week jabs (1 week ago) now waking in the night again. First night it was a couple of wakes. Then had the night after he was up every hour shouting and wanting milk. Has gone back to waking 1-2 times (approx 7pm-2:30am then 3-5:30 ish.
trying to watch wake windows. Is napping 3-4 times in the day but sometimes struggle for the last cat nap about 5pm
struggling to know what to do. Is it the 4 month sleep regression early? Is it a phase? Do I need to bring his bed time later again but he won’t have last nap of the day sometimes so this is difficult to do.
help please!

Sleep regression. And thats wild he slept so much before, my daughter is 2 and has never slept that long. Night feeds are normal and necessary under 12 months . I’d try for last nap , take him for a walk, then later bedtime so it is closer to your bedtime. We went to bed with our daughter til 6 months as wanted to always be in same room.

Sleep goes up and down. This might only last another night, or it could be your new normal for the next year (or it could get worse before it gets better). No way of knowing. Probably nothing you can do to actually affect your baby's sleep. The only thing you can control is how you cope with the waking/maximise your own sleep.

It's pretty normal. Sleep isn't linear with little ones. My first was very similar at 3 months (from 6 weeks) and then the sleeping through stopped.

Enjoy the good run and gente introduction to parenting your baby gave you. Enjoy the good and know the tough eventually passes. Apparently...

Also, only waking twice a night is still absolutely amazing!!

Your baby has only been sleeping through for a few weeks so there's no 'usually' yet.
The first 24 months are up and down on sleep.
Feeding, teething, learning new skills, colds, growth spurts. Hot weather, cold weather, clocks changing.
I wouldn't pay any attention to sleep regressions to be honest - you will get periods of better or worse sleep but hopefully the overall pattern will be towards getting better.
