Baby in car seat after hitting a bump at speed, should I worry?

I need help, I was driving 60mph on a road that had a bump in the road and my car literally lifted off of the ground. My baby is nearly 5 weeks old and was in the back in a rear facing car seat. Will she be okay or have I broken her? She seems okay but now I’m really worried. Has anyone ever done anything similar and was everything okay ?

She’ll be fine. Car seats are meant to keep them safe even in full on crashes. She will be fine with a bump.
