Screen/ app lock apps to monitor children screen time

Hi, I would like to use an app to help with monitoring my child’s use of their phone - screen time and use of apps. Thanks

Remove the device from them after a certain time. Eg 8pm. That will help.

Is it an android or iPhone?

Mine has an iPhone and you control all of that as a parent with a child account linked to your apple account. No way are mine allowed Roblox though. Even my teen can’t have it.
