Keep scooter graze on bum cheek covered overnight or let air?

My daughter had a fall today on her scooter where she has grazed the inside of her bum cheek very badly, it's currently bandaged lightly with a sterile bandage..i couldn't use antiseptic or anything as she was screaming in pain after it happened so im worried about it getting infected. I think it will be okay but wondering overnight should I keep it bandaged or let it air out. Currently on holidays also so don't see her being able to go in pool tomorrow either

How old is she?
Is it oozing or starting to scab?
Can you get an antiseptic spray? I'd certainly be trying to get some antiseptic on it now.

I would let it air tonight. I think getting in the (chlorinated) pool tomorrow will do it the world of good! Watch out for it oozing.

I'd put her in the bath to make sure it's clean and let the air at it overnight.

If it's scabbed by morning I wouldn't worry about swimming

I checked the bandage there and i think it is oozing a bit, like its sticking to the bandage a bit.. i don't have antiseptic with me now but could I use a wet wipe to clean it??

I would let her soak in a warm (can't think of the word but on the cooler side rather than hot) bath for a good while then pat dry with a clean dry towel and leave it open to air over night
