Anxious Mum here - been feeding baby yogurt pouches that should’ve been refrigerated

We’ve been ordering these yogurt pouches on our online shop so I’ve not seen these ones on the shelf.

All other baby yogurt pouches we’ve used are kept on the shelf and only have to be in the fridge once opened. I just assumed these were the same and never even looked at the instructions.

We’ve been giving her these every now and then for months. They sit in our cupboard for days and days. Her last one was yesterday. Today I just looked at the packet and realised they need to be in the fridge all the time. I’m feeling absolutely awful

Well there’s obviously been no ill effects so far! Just keep them in the fridge now you have realised and remember to check labels on new foods.

Has she been sick after having one that youve noticed? If no.... I really wouldnt worry!!

The main thing to ask yourself is, is she ok? If so I don’t think you need to worry. Keep them in the fridge from now but if you’ve not noticed any issue or any mould etc I’m sure it’s fine.

Is she ok?! If so, don’t worry about it!

Thank you all. She’s been ok so far. Just feeling incredibly guilty and worried that yesterday’s is still going to make her sick.
