Were your early concerns about your baby justified or just anxiety?

I don’t know whether my concerns are valid or if I’m an anxious first time mum? 10 month old
Constant loud groaning noise
Wrist and ankle twirling
Serious, doesn’t smile much, only at his parents
Doesn’t like close up eye contact
Babbles but not loads

My question is did anyone have concerns about their baby that turned out to be nothing because they were hyper vigilant or is instinct normally right?

Hello lovely, I know this is an older post but just wanted to comment to say I'm in a similar situation.

Although I don't have 'major' concerns. My 8 month old makes a loud groaning noise quite consistently, he isn't upset or anything when he does it. It's just a noise he likes to make.

Also his ankles and wrists twirl so much, I know babies do this when they're excited or happy etc but he does it a lot too. He also goes stiff and shakes, again, I know in some situations he's excited but my other boy was never like that.

Some days I'm like right every child is different he's fine don't worry but then other days I have a feeling there's more to it!
