Delay in reconfirming 30 hours childcare help in April?

30 hours working childcare help

I was supposed to reconfirm on 13/4 but I forgot and reconfirmed 15/4. Usually this is instant, but this time I had a message to say it could take 7-10 days. 5 working days later and nothing! Tried calling them they said April is very busy for them and to call back if I’ve heard nothing by 8 working days. I’m worried I’ve done something wrong, I’ve never had this before. Is anyone else having problems in April?

They’re still within the suggested time frame. So give it until 10 days have passed before chasing.

The gov website always gives me a fairly long window in which to reconfirm, not a single date. Was 13/4 the deadline for you reconfirming, and the start of your reconfirming window?
