Hi everyone. Has anyone ever noticed their little one can't stomach ice lollies/ ice pops?

The last 2 times my little one, age 3 has eaten an ice pop or ice lolly with her big sisters, shes been sick that night. It could be 8 to 12 hours later and im wondering if there is a pattern or just coincidence. Thats the only thing she had the same both days. It happened just 5 days apart. Other than the sick once, shes ok after within reason, a bit quiet and not 100% but no more sick.

Sorry I don't really know why im posting but I'm curious if anyone has any advice or experience with similar.
Thanks x

Did it contain artificial sweeteners or glycerol? Many ice lollies are actually unsuitable for under 4s due to this and can make them ill.

Could be something related- like hot days. Mine needed to be kept cool and watered. Hot days without enough drinks made them throw up later or next morning. Sports Days basically.
