Family break with a 17 month old - Center Parcs or rent an apartment somewhere?

Trying to decide what would be better for our 17 month old, myself, my partner and his parents. Our daughter hates the pram and easily goes from 0-100 is seconds. We can't decide if we're better off going to centre parks or a staycation somewhere else in the uk? Apart from swimming is there actually much for a 17 month old to do at cp? The other option would be something like Norfolk but we don't know if grandparents will enjoy going to kids attractions every day.

There are lots of play areas dotted around CP and they run activities for toddlers.

Which one are you looking at?

I would have said CP would be better at that age, there’s little soft plays dotted about that are great at their age. But it is a lot of walking so you might find that a nightmare if it becomes a pram battle.

There was a land train at Longleat CP when we used to go. Not sure if that is still a thing. We did get a bike with trailer one year but DS didn’t like that.
