Does anyone have experience of claiming child benefit as in reclaiming it from ex?
Basically 2 children. I claim for eldest. Father claims for youngest (he put in a claim once we seperated - 8 yrs ago) since then we have a court order which states arrangements (6 yrs ago) Children are with me 8/14 nights, 6/14 with him.
Would i be successful in claiming CB for youngest child.
