What age do boys become self-conscious about nudity/privacy?

My DD who's 8 years old has been conscious about her privacy for two years now and doesn't let anyone see her naked. On the other hand, my nephews who are 9 and 7 years old are still not bothered about their privacy. They still shower or use the toilet with the door wide open, change clothes in front of us without caring etc. My DS, like my nephews, also isn't bothered about privacy yet, but he's still only 5.
What age do boys become self-conscious about privacy/nudity? Does it happen later for boys compared to girls? Or are my nephews just exceptions?

My ds 12 isn't self conscious yet

my nephew was the same at 12 but then when he turned 13 and became a teenager he hated even the idea to be naked infront of anyone when before he didnt care if anyone saw him naked. I still think 12 is a bit late to not be self conscious but then again I heard of a few 12 year olds who wasnt

My 10 year old has recently started wearing underpants Instead of going naked. So I'd say about 10.

9/10 for both my son and my daughter. My daughter has some care needs so I see more of her than some
parents would at this age (13) but a hard pass on her dad for a few years now. Rather exhausting for me! My son just turned 10 and has been experimenting with privacy for maybe a year now. Still forgets to be shy sometimes but definitely changes with a door shut etc now.
