Referral to eye specialist for uneven pupil sizes 12 mo

My daughter got referred to an eye specialist today at her 12 mo. The first test she had showed a higher level of anisocria, I guess her head was tilted or something. The second level is within normal range but we are still getting this referral.

Does anyone know anything about this or is this common or do your babies get this too? I’m freaking out and really worried. They did call this a “borderline” referral which makes me feel a little better.

The first test was really bad at 1.5mm. I had them retest at .9mm. We retesting making sure baby’s head was completely straight. Threshold is 1.0mm but ped still is giving a referral. The eye exam doctor did was normal. Pupils dilated normal, reacted to light normally, no masses were seen.

Also, the ped was unable to note the anisocoria through an ophthalmoscope.Since it showed on this picture test (taken in dim light) does that suggest Horner?
