Taking 5yo to swimming lessons with 1yo

Please give me all your tips

We went today for my almost 5yo’s first lesson and I feel like some things were harder than they needed to be

What do you recommend to make it easier?

Those might sound strange in this weather... but a loose dress for DD, and a warm coat, then foot wear like crocs. Whipping off a dress and cross means no need to visit changing room before.

Afterwards, its quick rinse, rub down, dress and pants. Plus a wooly hat (and the coat. Then once home, proper wash and pj's.
