need advice, ex has told our kids she is moving away from the area

She has told my two youngest that she is moving far away. I attempted to talk to her about it straight away but she won't tell me anything especially were and when she plans to move.

Is she planning to take the children with her or leave them with you?

She will be taking my youngest she's 8

Update, just found out she is moving 3 hours away round trip and I don't give her my consent to take my youngest with her. We're do i stand on this ? Do I have rights ?

You definitely do have rights. Seek legal advice on this.
