12 month finds Tum Tum straw cups too fast?

I’m trying to change from teats to straw cups.
I really want her to like the Tum Tum straw cup because of the no valve but she finds the flow too fast even though she was on size 3 teats by 12 months. She spits it out or chokes and then won’t go near it.
She likes the munchkin straw cup but that has a valve.
She is able to drink from my Stanley cup so I don’t understand?
is it because the straw is too short? I have the small Tum Tum size. Do I get the larger size? Would that help?

The larger Tum Tum because the straw is longer **

Just try a different straw cup with a valve. Honestly in the grand scheme of things it's really not important! She'll probably like it eventually.

Edited to add: those thin flexible straws on those cups are a right pain to clean anyway 😂

Won’t it effect oral development or at 12 months old I shouldn’t really worry about that??

What we worry about, or what we're led to worry about eh?

My son (precious first born, I worried all the time about such things as valves!) eventually had a range of straw cups, 360 cups, open cups, sippy cups etc and his oral development is just perfect.
