Does it need to contain Iron?
She isn’t that best eater.

I would preferably like something that doesn’t need to be diluted into milk or water.

Iron isn't on the NHS list however I give an iron supplement because a lot of the food served at nursery is vegetarian. I was iron deficient in pregnancy, have often struggled with low iron, band I know that's linked to transferring less iron to the baby during pregnancy and birth. I use Wellbaby vitamin liquid but only because the Boots generic version is often out of stock.
