How can I prevent my 4 yo having accidents at nursery?

My 4.5 yo DD is starting a new pre-school after half-term. She’s going from nursery 2 days a week to 5 full days a week. She’s been fully potty trained for years but she’s still not comfortable telling anyone other than me or her dad that she needs the toilet, or even just going by herself (which she does when she’s home with me). She only just got comfortable asking her old nursery staff after years there. Whenever her babysitter, or even her grandparents (both of who she’s very comfortable with) look after her she has accidents. Even in our own house, when she usually just goes to the toilet on her own whenever she likes, if anyone else is there looking after her for some reason she has accidents. Both poo and wee. I’m really worried about her going to this new pre-school, I don’t know how to stop her from having accidents. I’ve tried to talk to her about it and tell her she doesn’t need to ask, she can just go whenever she feels like it, but nothing seems to go in. Has anyone experienced anything similar at this age? Any advice appreciated :)

Tell the staff and ask them to take her to the toilet before snack time and lunch time.
