Cream or powder for baby’s neck folds?

3 month old DD is chubby and has two neck folds that are a bit red. Should I put sudocreme or baby powder on them? I feel like sudocreme adds moisture to an already moist-prone atea?

to add, I’ve put sudocreme in there this morning.

Sudocrem or Vaseline both worked for my baby - in fact I didn't have either to hand so put some MY Little Coco bottom balm on DC's neck this evening.

Vaseline is a barrier to help protect, so as there is already redness i would suggest sudocreme. I have never used powder for anything other than to get sand off wet sandy feet & legs lol

Clean it and dry it well, then Vasoline. Both my DDs had this all the time, and it cleared it up within hours.

This is def what sudocreme is designed for, it creates a barrier against the moisture doesn't it?
