We just moved house. It was my son's 5th birthday this week. I hadn't planned a party because I didn't know if he would have friends and if so who they would be. However he has been asking about inviting friend over for his birthday. I've managed to find 4 kids from his class who I know he plays with who are free on Sunday. I've invited their parents and siblings as well to make it feel like more of a party. However I have no idea what to plan for the party! Obviously there will be cake and party food but I feel like we need an activity that will work with the whole families being there... Wondering about make a treasure hunt as families could team up but haven't done one before so all tips or any other ideas welcome!

I’d go old school and do musical chairs, pass the parcel, musical statues, obstacle course, karaoke. Have some small prizes ready!
