I am first time mom of 15month old. Some of the things that concerns me are:

she donot show/brings toy to share interest
She do pointing when asked and when she needs something
She also donot follow gaze
She is nit much interested in interaction other than interaction for fulfilling demand

She have more than 15words used in correct context
she reapond to name most of the time
She can nod head for yes and no while saying yes and no when asked
Her eyecobtect is good when she wants to get something
Sje have no qny feeding/sleeping issues
she follows simple instructions

have anyone experienced aimilar experience with their child? When did they started showing/bringing toys?Any suggesttions would be appreciated.
thank you in advance.

It sounds like your little one is doing really well with words, following instructions, and responding to her name, which are all great signs. Some children just take a bit longer to show or bring toys to share interest, and skills like joint attention can develop closer to 18 months and beyond. If you’re concerned, you could gently model showing and sharing during play, but from what you describe, her development overall seems on track.

Sounds pretty normal developmentally to me. Kids at that age don’t play with toys intricately yet, still kinda smash stuff about and observe.

All children are different and progress in different areas at different rates. My gd is almost 16 months and yesterday on WhatsApp wanted to show me something she'd done in a book with her playdoh (special book for playdoh). Anyway it was very funny because she was showing me it but I could only see the outside of the book not what she'd done! She's not very advanced with her gross motor skills though eg doesn't walk without a hand but I'm sure they'll come.

@Manthide thats ao sweet of your baby.So you remember when ahe started showing stuff like toys/objects something interesting to you? I am worried coz whereever i search it points towards something else especially with joint attention issue,it points towards ASD and that scared me.

@Saiaryal24 I can't remember exactly when she started showing but I'd say the last 3 months. She also loves 'drawing' and telling me it's a pear or a star!
I have 4dc and they were all so different. Ds is autistic and was non verbal until he was about 7, dd3 has adhd. It's no use worrying as you can't change them, just express a lot of interest in what they do and show them what you've done eg look mummy has built a tower.
