Age 4-5, what are common bday party gifts from school friends?

I generally give colouring books or similar.

My 5 yo just had her birthday and had a mix of crafty things, books, small Lego kits etc.

Craft kits, jigsaws, board games, colouring sets, the occasional cuddly toy or book.

Play doh, colouring sets, fidget toys, football, princess stuff

Colouring stuff, play doh, books, little diecast cars/monster trucks etc, little crafty type sets, a jigsaw or two maybe.
And several cards with a fiver (tenner if they’re feeling flush!) in!

Bath bombs often went down well at that age ( basically anything disposable if it's a class party with 30 children!)

Mostly craft kits at that age. DD is 7 and there are kits we've never got around to using as we are busy with clubs and activities and they were whole class parties so we got 20+ gifts (but still hang on to in case of a rainy day/DD2 might use them).
