Two year olds blood results - should I be worried?

I’m worried about my two year olds blood results, she has to have them repeated.
5 things have flagged up but my mains concern is
Haemoglobin 168 g/L it states normal for her age is between 120-140
Red blood count 6.02 it states normal is 4.10-5.50
Haematocrit 0.49 it states normal is 0.36-0.4
It seems everything red blood related is all raised together?
Lymphocytes also slightly raised and monocytes slightly low.
Does anyone have any experience with a young child with high RBC’s and what caused it? Trying not to worry but being honest I can’t think about anything else and I’m praying the next test looks more normal!
as a side note she’s a really good drinker and her Urea was also checked and it was normal so she wasn’t dehydrated
Any advice or reassurance appreciated
Thanks!

Put the levels into chat gpt and it will analyse the results for you

I have done and it’s made me worry more because it’s saying how elevated they are
