I've booked DD into one of these holiday clubs this year, never having used them before. They seem to be a nationwide outfit with local branches. But they're impossible to get hold of! I need to ask them a question, but they haven't responded to my emails or returned my calls / voicemail messages.
The clubs look fantastic - archery, axe throwing, swimming, crafts - but I'm worried it's a scam company because nobody actually seems to work there 😰
I've paid them a couple hundred pounds, but am really anxious that I'm going to turn up to drop DD off on the first day and there won't be anyone there (and I'll be screwed over for childcare), or that they do exist but are uncontactable and I won't be able to get ahold of anyone in an emergency.
Has anyone used them and can reassure me that they exist/ I haven't made a massive safeguarding fail by booking with them??
