Baby carrier for older baby to toddler?

Hi, any baby carrier recommendations now my baby has outgrown her baby bjorn mini?

she’s nearly 7 months but big. I feel overwhelmed by all the different carriers available. I liked my baby byorn mini but I’ve since seen people say it doesn’t hold their hips right - which is true. There is a baby byorn one for bigger babies and I’ve read that’s better for hips than the mini? Expensive but I could get one off Vinted.

any other recommendations? Also, why are they all so ugly? My current one is pink jersey and quite nice but all the others I’ve seen are ugly big things. So bonus points if you can recommend a nice one that’s comfy and safe for bigger babies/toddlers.

Thank you x

Tula do all sizes right up to preschool size. I could still carry my very tall 6 year old in it comfortably!

Tula are popular, Lenny lamb soft structured carriers are also good. Both have nice patterns. I have a Lenny lamb upgrade and used it from 6m, my girl is 19m now and I still back carry with her using it. There's room in it for her to go a bit longer then I might go for a Lenny lamb preschool.
You can go to a sling library for advice and rent carriers to try, if you don't want to outlay for something you might not get on with. You can even hire by post!

Integra. Loved my size 1 and size 2. Really light and roll up small, easy to get on and off, good support, loads of beautiful designs.

I loves my ergo. I had the original one which came in a few designs. It worked for a front and back carry and I carried DS1 until 3 (disclaimer while quite round he was relatively small height wise) when he was tired and I didn't fancy the double attachment for the pram.

We had the Ergo original too. Good as front carrier and great as a back carrier for toddlers. We went to a sling library and tried a few out and the Ergo was comfiest on both of us.

You will get such a wide range of answers on here depending what suited other people. Have a look for a local sling library or an online one if no local ones and try a few on to see what’s most comfortable.

Thank you for your replies everyone. I’ve just ordered a baby bjorn one in leopard print because I saw one on Vinted x
