What do you do on the last day of Term?

Just that really, school breaks up next Friday, I remember as a kid that high of finishing school on the last day of term for summer holidays, how exciting it was. I would like to start a tradition of something fun we could do the last day of term when dc finish school but can't think what, any ideas?

We live near a gorgeous park. Loads of parents arrange to go down there after school buy ice creams and let the kids be feral.

We live near the coast, so we always go to the beach, play, swim (hopefully) fish and chips for dinner. Stay as late as they like.
