Hi, just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. My husband and I have separated and he gets all the child benefits and UC for our 2 children in his name.
I'm now pregnant with my 3rd. I didn't know if this was a loophole at all and that, because it would be a completely separate claim and household, that I would be able to claim UC for the baby. Does anyone know anything about this?
