8mo Baby clearing throat after feeding & dislike of tummy time

Breastfed baby has taken to weaning very well. Great on his percentiles and generally a happy chappy.

A couple of things have made me wonder about silent(?) reflux though.

He has never ever liked being on his tummy. His tolerance has improved over the last few weeks or so and we can get maybe two or three minutes before he gets very upset.

He’s been clearing his throat for a good few weeks. I wish I could remember when it started but it’s been a while. At first we just thought it was a part of vocalising and learning to make sounds. But over the past few days I’ve realised he does it after he’s eaten. For example, I fed think then lay him down to change him and he does it.

I’m not sure what to think so would appreciate any thoughts! Thank you ☺️

Unless it’s causing him obvious discomfort and distress and disrupting your day I’d just let it play out. They have immature little digestive systems and things change as they grow. One of those things to note but not dwell on.
