I am going to be a student midwife at King's College London!!!

OMG. Am crying and shaking. Just got off the phone from them - they actually said that they were thrilled with my performance at interview, that I had done brilliantly and they would be delighted to offer me a place!! I can't believe it! I actually burst into tears on the phone when she told me!

Am off to celebrate now - somehow - don't know how! Oh my god. Just can't believe it!

Can't wipe the grin off my face. The last year has been really tough in lots of ways so I have to say I feel I deserve this bit of good news. New year, new focus, new life in the end (I hope). September seems so far away.
