Tax free childcare - 2nd baby

I’m about to go on mat leave with my 2nd baby. I’m Scotland based so not entitled till any funded hours till my eldest is 3 which will be later this year but I do use the tax free childcare account.
i am keen to keep my eldest in nursery for his 3 days a week - my mat leave is 6m full pay, then 13 weeks stat then nothing for the last 13 weeks.

can I still use the tax free childcare when on mat leave? I assume for the full pay part that is ok as meet the earning criteria but what about when I have 6 months left to return to work and I don’t earn x amount a month? Do I no longer qualify?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes you can for older child. For baby it's 30 days before return to work.

Ok perfect, that’s fine wouldn’t plan on sending 2nd kid till I return to work but had a mild panic I couldn’t claim it for the first!!
