MAM Size X Teats - DD loves them one day … then hates them the next?

My DD has been really slow at finishing her bottle - whether breast milk or formula.

So twice nice I have changed them to Size X Teats (heard size 3 is way too fast) after being on size 2. The day of change, she’s finishes her bottle with little or nor dribbling and is happy enough.

The day after, she spits out the teat, cries, spits out the milk in her mouth, dribbles milk etc. She’s then happy again when I put back the size 2.

What do I do?? Do I just go back to size 2? It takes upto an hour for her to finish her bottle but I hate her getting upset even though she’s happy for a day.

How old is she?

6 months

X is faster than 3 so I would give that a try.

If not, go back to 2 and let her take her time for a bit longer.

Has it always taking her that long to finish?

so try the size 3 teats then?
tiktok videos have said size x is better than 3.
only recently she started getting bored of her bottles.

I can't say I noticed that size 3 is particularly fast.
