If your baby’s eyes were blue at 6m did they stay blue?

I know it doesn’t matter really but Ds looks the spit of his dad with his big blue eyes but I know he may not keep them and mine are brown.
He is 6m now though so is it likely he will keep them now?

Yes both mine were blue at six months and blue now (8 and 11 years later)

I have v blue eyes, DH has brown. Our son has green eyes. They were blue until he was 5? Are true green now. This is not supposed to happen.

DS - blue eyes at 6m. And at 2yo. We are not sure when they changed but they were not blue by the time he started school. More grey.

DS was blue. Now grey / green.

My younger daughter (mixed race so possibly more predisposed to darker eyes) had blue eyes up until she was 1, she’s now 2 and her eyes are bright green. We thought that they would stay blue as she’d hit the year mark with them but they kept changing. They seem to have settled into their colour now though.

I have brown eyes, my husband has green. DD had bright blue eyes until around 9 months old then they turned green and have stayed that colour.

DD was born with very light blue eyes and at nearly 4 still has them. My grandmother had the same colour eyes so I imagine my daughter has the same recessive genes she did for them. DS was born with bluey greeny eyes and still has the same colour at 17mo and they are very much the same colour as my own.
