Does anyone have any advice, do you have good experiences or bad experiences in helping your grown up child with Autism find a job?

Our son has LD and ASD and is desperate for a job. He wouldn’t even cope with an interview without significant support so at the moment he volunteers and I attend to support him. He’ll hopefully be starting an internship through college next year (he will be 21)

There is so much variation that it will depend on their abilities. My dc worked in McDonald’s whereas we have a friend who went to work for gchq after his degree.
