What age should you stop giving your baby/toddler milk?

My little girl is 16 months old, she’s drinking cows milk she has one when she goes to sleep, one in the middle of the night and one in the morning first thing, during the day she eats her food and does really well with it she eats all her food normally, but I just saw a tiktok video saying that it’s wrong for babies past 1 year old to drink milk out of a bottle! I thought this was crazy as people breastfed until some children are like 3/4 years old (no judgement I find this amazing) but apparently after age 1 they shouldn’t be drinking milk anymore? I’m really confused when did your little ones stop drinking milk?

They should still have milk after one (breastmilk or full fat cows milk) just not out of a bottle. They can transition to sippy cups or straw cups then in to open cups (some go straight to small open cups). My kids breastfed till 3 and 2 years and one of them also had cows milk in a sippy cup.

My child wakes up at least 3 times a night wanting his sippy with milk. It drives me crazy so I started to look up things and I just read that drinking milk at night could disrupt sleeping so now I’m wondering if that’s true. But then again my son has been a horrible sleeper ever since he was born so hard to tell. I think I’m definitely gonna try giving him a little water at night instead of milk though to see if it helps his sleeping. I have a 3 month old now as well so he will wake up then my 16 months old will wake up wanting his milk. Drives me crazy.. Any thoughts please let me know.
