my daughter sees her dad 1 and a half days every 2 and a half weeks. is this enough. we have a parent app. he asks about her when it suits him. he can go without asking how she is or showing any type of interest in how DD is. this is a dad who is supposed to be trying and showing he cares. he wants a good relationship with her. she is 2 nearly 3 years old and does not have a full on relationship with her dad and never has. what is other peoples co parent relationships like. what is rights and wrongs. is he interested in our daughter. I'm just not sure. i don't see any clear vision. he is blocked on all other forms of apps as we communicate through a parent app. he wanted me to unblock him to send a pic of our daughter and I figured out how to do it on the parent app. he did not seem interested in the slightest. I just don't know what do to in this situation.

There's nothing you can or should do. You facilitate a relationship between them and don't block it. The rest is up to him. It's not much but it's all he's willing to do and you can't make him step up and take more interest. It's all up to him.
