what is a ideal amount of time for a dad to see their child.

co parenting can be really difficult at times. what is a ideal time for a farther to see his child? my DDs dad works 6 days on and 3 days off. what is everybody tips on co parenting and what is a good amount of time for children to see their dad. my DD is 2 years old. coming up to 3.

Assuming he's a good farther (even if he isn't a great partner) then I'd go for as close to 50/50 as you can get.

If he’s a good dad, then as much time as possible, including (if you can stomach it), conflict/tension-free time with both of you together.

he sees her. twice every 2 and a hard weeks. I just don't feel like this is enough. he picks her up on. shall we say a Tuesday for a example haves and brings her back Thursday morning. he lives long distance so its very difficult and he works odd shifts. I don't feel like my daughter is getting enough time with her dad.
