Wobbly baby tooth from injury, did it fall out if anyone has experienced this?

Hi all,
Looking for some advice. Ds2 (11mo) was kneeling and tumbled face first onto one of Ds1’s toys. He had a slight cut on his lip and where the gum meets one of his upper front teeth. Very small amount of blood which stopped once I wiped it but his tooth was wobbling slightly so I took him to the dentist.

The dentist said to keep him on a soft diet for a few days and to gently clean the cut.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and did the tooth end up falling out if it had started to wobble? He is teething and trying to chew on anything he can grab as well as grinding his teeth. I’m removing anything that he tries to chew on as worried it will cause the tooth to fall out. Feel awful about it.😫

Any advice appreciated!

Happened to my sister but she damaged the nerve too as the tooth went grey. It stayed in for ages, until normal sort of wobbly tooth age

Yes my DC had a really nasty fall, tore the frenulum under his lip and there was copious amounts if blood, he needed stitches in his face and his front tooth was extremely wobbly, looked like it could easily fall out. The dentist said there was a good chance it works reattach, and it did. Occasionally when he had another fall it would bleed around the tooth but otherwise was very solid. It had a very very faint grey hue to it, but barely noticeable, and was replaced by an adult tooth eventually.

Thank you both and glad to hear they stayed put! 😊Just wish he would stop grinding his teeth bless him. Hopefully it hardens back up once his gum heals!
