What is this spot on my child? Picture included

My DS 5 has had a spot on his face for a few weeks at least. Started as a regular spot, red with a bit of a head. Redness has gone but the wee spot is still there. Ive tried sudocream but no change. Anyone seen this before or can recommend how to get rid of it?

Looks like Molluscum contagious, but there’s usually lots of spots. It’s not unusual in little ones.

Thank you! Yes some of the googled pics look similar but he definitely only has one, it looks like best tx is to leave it alone!
