Hi everyone!
Wondering if anyone has any advice please on how to wean off the night bottles.

I have looked into sleep training and tried to last night but she just cries and cries and nothing else will settle her except the milk

Our nearly 9 month old used to sleep through / only get up once for milk till she was around 5 months.

The past 3 months it has become a lot more frequent, it seems she cannot settle without milk when she wakes up during the night.
Her normal routine is bed 7/7:30 takes around 5oz wakes up around 9/10pm for milk then about 12/1 then 2/3 and again 5 then will get up at 6am! But sometimes can be even more frequent than this During night will have a full bottle if not more. The interrupted sleep is really getting to me 😩.

She eats 3 meals a day and still has bottles too around 3 / 4 id say.

She naps at around 9/10am for half hour usually

Then again at 1 ish for about an hour.

Any help/ advice please on how to get her off needing so much milk during the night and sleep for longer than 2 hours, it is making me not be able to function 😩

Thanks
Tia x

I don't know how you feel about it, but have you tried a dummy? It might be the need for comfort driving this, rather than hunger.

Hi!
She already has one 😩 she only really uses it to sleep or occasionally during the day, but when she wakes she wants milk the dummy doesn't cut it for her I feel like I've made such a rod for my own back x
