I have a Sen 3yo who refuses to sit at the table, so this is an attempt to get a chair that perfectly fits her, maybe will help.

I like that it can have straps in the chair set up, though I am hoping she will sit independently but it's a nice back up.

Friends love the Tripp trap but that's a lot of money.

I bought this chair second hand for my baby. So I can't say what it's like for your older child but as a direct comparison to Tripp Trapp I'd say its pretty much the exact same. Friends have Tripp Trapp and I can't see any difference. I got it for 60 quid second hand with all the accessories included so have a look down that route too

We’ve got 2, one is used as a chair and one as a highchair.
Can’t fault them.
We creatively made a 3 point harness on ours with straps from Amazon - basically no shoulders - as one of the DC got bigger but still needed to be strapped in.

Edit to add; Ikea do children’s tall chairs for the dining table; we’ve had those too and found them good.

Thank you, good reviews it seems. I think with the January sales I probably will get it
