Can anyone recommend a sling that supports the baby’s head? (One month old)

I bought a Trekki sling after reading good reviews, but the baby’s head is exposed at the top and I feel I have to support it, especially if I lean forward. I went to a sling library to check the fit and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Can anyone recommend a sling where the head support for a five week old is better, please? Bonus points if it’s easy to put on and take off! Thank you.

I had a stretchy wrap and similar to this, and found it great as you could stretch the fabric to support newborns head. I used to just keep it on most of the day as had a velcro baby. It was comfortable to wear.

We have an ergo baby - there are loads on Facebook marketplace. Have used since about 6 weeks old. There are models that don't need a newborn insert, but our model did.

Go to your local sling library if you have one. They will advise on fit and can rent some out to you so you know it works for you before you buy.
I loved the ergobaby embrace for the newborn stage, the bjorn one mentioned above isn’t ergonomic for the babies hips. A sling library will be able to advise against ones that aren’t best practice.

You aren't supposed to have anything behind the head as it's a suffocation risk

Second the sling library. You can rent them which is great before committing. There's a pre-loved sling site on FB, sorry can't remember the name as it was a while ago!
We had a wrap sling, then a connecta then a toddler connecta. Both connectas are front and back carry.
Also seconding the no to the baby bjorn, it's bad for their hips. They can be converted so baby is in a W leg position with a towel rolled up (ask for advice at sling library)
