I gave my baby becodefence kids instead of baby saline spray.

I accidentally gave my 4 month old becodefence nasal spray instead of baby saline spray due to us all being full of cold. I feel absolutely dreadful for it and I can't stop panicking over doing it. I'm so tired and the bottle tops look exactly the same. I have contacted 111 and they're calling me back but I am so paranoid about it.

Your baby will be fine. Becodefence is just a kind of polymer that captures pollen. It's not a drug. Don't give it again, of course, but take a breath and read the packet. It's just a sort of cornstarchy substance to mop up pollen inside the nose.

Thank you so much for your comment. The doctors said that same things as you and not too worry. It's hard not to feel like the worst mam! I'm going to use the baby drops now instead I don't think I'll ever use a nasal spray on him again!!
