how to tell mother in law to back off

the mother in law thinks she has rights to have my child alone twice a week when i don’t have a relationship with her or get along with her and don’t feel comfortable leaving my child with her, i have anxiety and don’t leave my child with anyone but she won’t back off help

I don’t let anyone near my kids who I don’t like or have a relationship with. I don’t leave them with anyone unless I want to. No one has a right to time with your child.

Well she'll just have to back off because it's not going to happen 🤷‍♂️
