2 Month Baby Vaccinations - Site of injection correct?

Hello, my baby had one of her 2 month vaccinations today. I say she only had one because I asked them to delay the second one based on her horrendous reaction to the first one that was given to her. I've just taken the plaster off and have noticed that it seems super high up? All vaccinations were definitely lower down with my little boy and he reacted as you would expect - not great but he was okay after the initial shock. My little girl couldn't breathe, was sweating, absolutely hysterical. She was moderately okay with her first ones and again they were lower down. Has anyone experienced them being so high up? Picture attached.
-From a stressed mum, thank you.

What would it mean with it being a little too high? Sorry to sound ignorant I just have no clue. Thank you x

My daughter had hers recently and they were lower down on her thigh. Not sure if it makes a difference or not but it does seem quite high in comparison.

Yeah I thought so. I'm going to discuss this with the GP surgery in question. Thanks.
