My 2 year old has red spots on her nappy area that have increased in number since yesterday. She has never had a nappy rash like this so was wondering if it’s likely to be the start of an illness like Hand, Foot and Mouth or just some response to the heat? She spent a lot of time wet yesterday as they were doing water play at nursery. No temperature or spots anywhere else yet and has been vaccinated against chicken pox.
