Motherlove Diaper Rash & Thrush Cream???

LO has bright red circle of nappy rash - it is red raw and was bleeding but bleeding has now stopped but is still bright red raised skin. He screams blue murder when getting nappy changed obviously.

I have started using Motherlove Diaper Rash & Thrush cream over the weekend. Anyone have any experience with this stuff? It seems really good but I am wondering how long it should take to heal up.

I have also done the leaving nappy off and applying egg white for a few hrs a day.

My daughter gets really nasty nappy rash like this, and when I changer her nappy, I let her run around without it on for a while (she's not potty trained yet - she's nearly 2), so I have to watch out for her weeing or pooing, and when I go to put her nappy back on, I blow gently on her foofoo, and then gently put some sudocreme on. It's horrible cos she screams her head off too, but it does go eventually. Hope this helps!
