My DD poos about 3 times a day (takes after her Dad). Will this cause me extra headaches when it comes to training?

She's almost 2 so I don't think i'll be trying for a while but she does have a very efficient digestive system - or is three solids a day normal?

I think it can be normal, my ds is 23 months and trained and his varies from day to day, shouldn't be a problem re training, ds knows when he needs the potty and just does what he needs to do, if you train when dd is ready I'm sure it'll be fine x

Thanks insy - I can't imagine my one being trained now and she is the same age as your ds. I'm probably a bit more concerned about being outdoors in knickers and having a number 2 accident.

My now nearly 4 year old poos about that often and I had no trouble potty training him. I think most children are better at potty training poos than wees anyway.

I think they poo less as they get older. DD2 used be about 3 a day, now (age 4) 1 or 2 a day.
