Which Ikos resort with a 8 month baby?

We’re looking to book a trip for next summer (May/June) at one of the Ikos resorts for me, my husband and our (then) 8 month old baby.

Would love some advice on which Ikos resort would be best with an 8 month baby and any comparisons/differences between resorts?

Also any general advice travelling (for the first time with a baby!) to an Ikos resort would be great!

I've been to Olivia a couple of times, it's great for children all on the flat and splash pool for little ones.

It is full of pre school children to be warned suited us fine but just incase you didn't want to be surrounded by children.

We just returned from Ikos Portopetro with our 9 month old, first time we have done ikos and it was full of babies and toddlers they are very well set up for it.

Portopetro was gorgeous brand new hotel couldn't fault it. We did speak to another family with a toddler who said they preferred Andalusia as it is easier to get around - Portopetro is very hilly so you do need to use the golf buggies to get to restaurants etc (you can put your pushchair in the golf buggy they are very used to it). For us we wouldn't go to the Greece ones until baby is a bit older as the flight times are that bit longer compared to Spain/Majorca.

One tip - no need to bring baby's bowls and plates etc, they set up the high chairs with little baby bowls plates and cups for them!

We’ve just booked Odisia. Anyone know what their buggies are like or should we take our own?
