Be careful as their sizes are particularly small this year. I emailed about this and the response is below. I know a lot of the clothes are designed so that they will still fit, but still worth being aware of:

"Thank you for your email.

I am pleased to hear that you like our Baby range. I have been in touch with the Garment Technologist and this season our sizing has been slightly smaller than our competitors. This will be addressed for the following
seasons. Both disposable and re-usable nappies have been looked at and you
will find the fit better for future seasons."

Sack the 'Garment Technologist' immediately I say!

I bought boden stuff for my dd who wears disposables but is on the chunky side, and would agree. Seems silly to have to buy 12-18 month clothes for a not-quite-six-month-old!

How odd. Their toddler stuff comes up really big on DD.

I was thinking of contacting them about this too - their long-john pyjamas are particularly tiny. DD is a very small 20 month old and the 18-24 month ones I got her just about fit (bizarrely they have very long, but very skinny sleeves!). In most other things she's a size 9-12 months with room to spare.

I no longer buy any tops from Boden for my dd cos the arms are too skinny, the neck holes too small (even with the poppers!) and the body is too short. And that was last season stuff. Too much like hard work ordering bigger sizes and trying to guess what will fit.

PS i think my dd is a fairly normal shape!

My ds is slightly bigger than average and looks great in the toddler stuff. Random! Shame, because the clothes are so so nice.

thanks for letting us know.i only buy second hand so probably wont get any of the new smaller sizes for a while and ds is out of nappies in day now but is bit chunky
