Baby (not mine) is almost 9 months. Weighs 15.1kg

Heinz Baby Porridge for breakfast
8 oz of milk after breakfast (with standard dose of 2.5ml ibuprofen in as she’s teething, even though not actively displaying symptoms)
Lunch of Wotsits and Jaffa Cakes
8oz of milk after lunch
Dinner 1/2 tin Heinz Sausages with spaghetti or mash and gravy or spaghetti hoops and toast
8oz bottle after dinner
8oz bottle before bed (with ibuprofen again)
All of this with bottles of pure apple juice through the day, and a bottle of juice put to bed with her as well as the milk.

Would just like to know opinions really. As I said, not my baby, but I am EXTREMELY concerned and want to know if I’m over-reacting about it.

If he knows the area they live he should be able to Google the HV team and they will probably know who the HV is by the address.
My 3.5 yo doesn't weigh 15kg yet! We went to formula feeding at 10 months and she had 24- 28oz formula but no food (refused to wean until after 1) this child isn't far that with a lot of food and heavily processed food. Prophylaxis ibuprofen makes me cringe, it's not good for the stomach and should only be used when they need swollen gums soothing.

It sounds like a catestrophic breakdown in communication that needs reversing immediately

Father could contact children's social care for advice, they will be able to determine which Health Visitor baby is under
