Just found out I’m pregnant with my 2nd child! DS is 18mo, he’s sleeping a bit better but gets in our bed from between 11pm-3am and sometimes wakes

he’s only slept through a few times

I am a bit nervous around lack of sleep and I have just assumed my 2nd will not sleep like my 1st

so what was your experiences did your 2nd babies sleep better? No difference? Etc

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My first was sooo good at sleeping... that we thought we would have another and we got twins that are now 4 and still don't sleep at all haha

Good luck!!

Both were good sleepers, DC1 was quicker at sleeping through the night, and DC2 was great at afternoon naps and then long nighttime sleeps. I think we were just lucky.

Yes!!! I learnt from my mistakes first time around :)

Mine was much better although they then swapped roles around the 2-4 age band (2 yrs between them) and the second continued to wake me for the next seven years.....

We also followed friends’ advice of “never let them sleep in your bed” but I don’t think that will be of much use to OP.

Yes! Third was even better. Youngest two slept so much better than the oldest.
